    A. The calibration cycle of Frontics equipment is one year. The equipment calibration service can be carried out by Frontics.

    A. First, check whether or not the equipment works normally. Check whether or not a load is read normally on the software status window when apply the load upwards with holding the indenter holder in the condition that connects all the power and communication cables. And then, press a displacement sensor appropriately by hand to check also whether or not it changes. If it is not read normally at this stage, please ask Frontics to provide after-sales service.

    If a load and displacement is read normally, use a standard strength specimen to check whether or not the equipment normally operates. For more details, please refer to Section 1.1 of the Manual Part2.

    A. You can reinstall by using the software installation CD received at the time of delivering the equipment, and the reinstallation service is also possible on request.
